President: Tina Panasci

Tina Panasci is a Contract Specialist with the Air Force Research Laboratory. She has been at AFRL for over 9 years and has experience in R&D and Operational Contracting as well as Personnel Mgt.  She also has 9 ½ years’ experience in private sector contract and finance management.  She has been a NCMA member for over 9 years and looks forward to helping shape our local chapter to provide the best possible benefit to its members.  Some of the things she would like to try to implement are meetings in Syracuse and a survey of members to find out what programs are of interest to them.

Vise President: Jackie Secor 

Jackie Secor is CEO of Phoenix Contract Management after having worked in the private sector for more than 30 years at companies such as PAR Goverment, Alion Science and Technology, EYP Mission Critical Services, and Hewlett Packard.  At Phoenix, she provides services in all aspects of contract and business management from cradle to grave.  She is experienced in R&D, Architect/Engineering, software licensing, and Services contracting and has deep understanding of all contract types.  Jackie has served the Leatherstocking chapter as President for two terms, Treasurer for four terms, has chaired numerous committees, and has performed the chapter audit four times.  She also participated at the national level on the Chapter Development Committee for four years.  Jackie has been an NCMA member since 1989 - yes, 28 years!  She is a Lifetime CPCM and an NCMA Fellow, as well as a recipient of the Arthur G. Mueller Volunteer Award and a member of the NCMA President's Circle Club.  Her goal this year is to support Tina's vision and help her take the chapter to new heights.

Treasurer: Adelmo Omeragic

Adelmo Omeragic is a Price/Cost Analyst with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). He has been at AFRL for over 2 years and has experience in Research & Development Contracting.  He looks forward to helping evolve the local chapter to provide additional benefit to its members.  Some of the things he would like to try to implement are more frequent meetings and an expansion of programs available to members.
